DESCRIPTION:Maryland NECA is pleased to bring you another in-depth Foreman Training Class presented by NECA’s own Jay B. Jones. In this course\, Jay B. will focus on the knowledge and skills that every foreman/supervisor must master to be an effective manager of people\, time\, equipment\, and materials. Foremen are on the frontline of every company’s success and this training is designed specifically to meet the needs of electrical contractors. \nIf you’re interested in sending any key field employees to the class\, please notify the Chapter by Friday\, February 10th. To provide every contractor the opportunity to send someone\, we are limiting participation to three (3) employees per contractor. After the deadline\, the class will be open on a first-come-firstserve basis.
