DESCRIPTION:Maryland NECA is excited to host its 2025 Q1 Membership Meeting at 18th & 21st. Named after the Constitutional Amendment that enacted Prohibition and then subsequent Amendment that repealed it\, 18th & 21st promises to bring back a bygone era through beautiful presentation\, carefully crafted cocktails\, and an elevated dining experience. \nThe Chapter is also happy to welcome back special guest presenters Roy Cohen\, Lane Kelman\, and Robbie O’Brien from the law office of Cohen Seglias. For more than 30 years\, Cohen Seglias has laid a foundation of legal excellence in the construction industry. By being responsive and conscientious business partners\, their footprint and capabilities have grown alongside their clients’ needs with a full range of legal services from construction litigation\, contracts and risk management\, to labor and employment guidance.
