Election of the Board of Directors

On February 4, 2026, the Chapter will be holding its biennial election to fill five (5) open seats on the Board of Directors. Each member company may designate up to two representatives to attend. For each company in attendance, they will cast their ballot for five (5) members to fill the vacant seats. The weight of each ballot cast per company is based on the man-hours worked the previous year:

1,200 – 75,000 man-hours = 1 vote

75,001 – 150,000 man-hours = 2 votes

150,001+ man-hours = 3 votes 

On the day of the election, each member will be notified of their man-hours worked the previous year. In order to either vote in the election or run for a vacant seat, the member must be in good standings with the Maryland Electrical Industry Funds.

If you plan on attending the election, please fill out the registration form to RSVP by Friday, January 30, 2026. If you are interested in running for a vacant seat on the Board of Directors, please send notification to William Yull (william@marylandneca.org) on official company letterhead by 5:00 p.m. on Friday, January 30, 2026.

After the deadline, no late applications will be accepted. No exceptions!
