An educational meeting of national and chapter staff in the city where the NECA convention will be held. In addition to the educational aspect, staff will have an opportunity to begin making preparations for their members' visits to Philadelphia.

The Labor Relations Conference is an educational meeting of national and chapter staff to discuss new industry trends and best practices for labor relations.

The National Legislative Conference provides NECA Chapters and their members to learn about upcoming legislative issues that affect the electrical construction industry. Also, the conference provides the opportunity for those in attendance to meet with their state's senators and congressmen to speak on the issues affecting their businesses.

At the March Membership Meeting, we will have guest speakers Mrs. Corey Bott, Counsel for the Maryland Electrical Industry Fund (MEIF), alongside MEIF Administrator, Mrs. Courtney Fritts of Benefits Administration Corporation, who will provide an update on the pension, severance & annuity, and health funds.

The Women in NECA and Future Leaders (WINFL) conference is being held in conjunction with NECA Now 2023 in San Antonio, Texas.
