The Labor Relations Conference is an educational meeting of national and chapter staff to discuss new industry trends and best practices for labor relations.
The National Legislative Conference provides NECA Chapters and their members to learn about upcoming legislative issues that affect the electrical construction industry. Also, the conference provides the opportunity for those in attendance to meet with their state's senators and congressmen to speak on the issues affecting their businesses.
