Maryland NECA is proud to announce the celebration of the Chapter’s 75th Anniversary! To commemorate this important milestone, the Chapter will celebrate by hosting its Annual Gala at the Chesapeake Bay Beach Club. Less than one-hour from Washington D.C. and Baltimore, along the exquisite shores of Kent Island, the Chesapeake Bay Beach Club is recognized as the region’s premiere waterfront venue featuring breathtaking views and award-winning cuisine. The craftsman-style resort embodies the rich history and charm of the Chesapeake Bay region.

The Chapter has reserved over 50 beautifully-appointed guest rooms and suites at The Inn at Chesapeake Bay Beach Club. Guests will be provided rooms to assure that everyone can enjoy the evening without the worry of getting home safely. While the Chapter welcomes you, your key employees, and all significant other to attend the Gala, due to the finite number of hotel rooms, the Chapter will be limiting the number of rooms per contractor based off the man-hours worked in the previous year.

To guarantee a room for the Gala, members must register by the deadline of Friday, August 15, 2025; after the deadline, any leftover rooms will be available for purchase on a first-come-first-serve basis.
